Mycket prisvärd bil om man jämför med andra märken i denna klass. Bra komfort trots att det är en sportigare bil, känns dock lite tunn ibland med tyginredningen. Förbrukningen går att hålla ner om man kör lite lugnare, men den drar inte överdrivet mycket om man gasar på. Rejäl höjning med nya interiören mot tidigare golf 7.
