About Jaguar XJ X351
When Jaguar XJ in its X351 guise was presented in 2009 it meant a total break from the old, well-established design language which had been the trademark for all XJ's since Series 1 saw the light of day in 1968. The design of the new model connected instead to Jaguar XF which had been presented a couple of years earlier, and in turn was completely different from its predecessor, the Jaguar S-Type, where the retro design had taken a few steps too far according to many. XJ X351 was produced with six- as well as eight cylinder petrol engines, the most powerful being the 5-litre supercharged V8, pumping out no less than 510 bhp. There was also a V6 diesel, producing 275 bhp. The XJ was facelifted in 2015.
