Absolutely terrible experience with this so-called professional car dealer. Before committing to buying a Saab 9-3X, I specifically requested detailed photos of the underbody, knowing that importing a vehicle involves significant costs and administrative work. I had already completed all the official French import procedures in advance. The seller only provided two quick, unclear photos, showing little to no visible rust. He refused to negotiate the price, claiming the car was in good condition. Based on this, I reserved the vehicle and sent my importer, which cost me over 1000 in travel and logistics. Once my importer arrived on site, the reality was completely different. The car was in a shocking condition: severe rust affecting both the chassis and bodywork, plus a cracked windshield. The corrosion was so advanced that the car would not pass a French technical inspection. Naturally, we refused to proceed with the purchase. And suddenly what a surprise the seller was now open to negotiating the price. This resulted in a huge waste of time and money. The level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and honestly borders on fraud. My importer, who has been doing this for years in Sweden, had never seen anything like this. I have both the seller s photos and the real photos taken on site to prove everything. I strongly do NOT recommend this company.
