Digital service books
As a professional user, you have the opportunity to access digital service books for the cars you are interested in. These are delivered directly from the manufacturers and the request is made "on demand".
A digital service book contains detailed information (usually in English) about when the car was serviced, by which company, current mileage and a detailed list of exactly what was done.

Terms
Service books are ordered via the "order service book" button located under the vehicle history on the respective vehicle page. When clicked, the actual availability is checked and billing only takes place in cases where there is an available service book.
- A service book is available for 30 days to all users with a professional license belonging to the same department*.
- On-demand: No fixed costs, no notice period.
- Monthly plan: Billed per calendar month and applies to all professional licenses belonging to the same department*. Renewed on the 1st of each month.
- Once the monthly plan limit is reached, additional ordered service books will be charged at the "On-demand" pricing rate.
*Department: The group of professional licenses that are billed via the same invoice.
