Epicar

Bought a used Porsche 911 from Epicar in Malmö as a private individual. Already on the drive home, a clear abnormal noise developed from the gearbox, and the car was subsequently inspected at an authorized Porsche workshop, which identified a serious fault and advised against further driving. Despite a prompt and proper complaint, along with documentation from an authorized workshop, Epicar denied all responsibility and was unwilling to assist with repairs, offer partial compensation, or arrange a buyback. The dialogue felt rigid and showed no real willingness to find a reasonable solution. In my experience, the dealer does not take responsibility when problems arise shortly after delivery, and I therefore cannot recommend Epicar based on this course of events.
