Expensive maintenance
If you have enough budget and looking for small and cozy BMW look for more poerful engines or diesels. + engine N42/N46 can be a realy problem for the owner with it's oil-appetite and VANOS-system. Like all BMW's should be good maintained and it'll pay you with good drive and fun.
