The whole customer experience
I don't understand how a company whose business is leasing cars can show so little interest in a customer who is ready to buy. I wanted to lease a specific car (everything was clear and communicated on my end) and yet it still took over 6 weeks just to get the order in. During that time, I lost money, vacation days, and a huge amount of time due to their careless handling. This wasn't just bad service, it felt like they simply didn't care. Really, really poor.
